RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exchange and return policies.

  1. Request your change or return
    To request the change or return of any product from the order you purchased, write to us at store@gerardoarscollection.com . Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Write down the following in the mail:

  • Order number.
  • Reason for change or return.
  • Name of the item you are returning to us.

  1. To change or return the product, and after following the indicated procedure, the customer must send it to the address provided in Mexico City.

 

  1. The maximum period for an exchange or return is 10 days from the delivery date.

If you receive your order with an item damaged or with a defect, you have a maximum of 5 business days from the date of delivery to report it via email, otherwise we will not be able to track it.

In the event that you receive your incomplete order, it is important that you report it via email within a period of no more than 5 business days from delivery.

No returns are made on used, mistreated, altered from its original shape and/or washed products.

    

  1. Once the merchandise is received in our offices, we will proceed to review it.

To be able to return a product, it must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be in its original packaging or, if this is not possible, it must be carefully packaged (bubble wrap, padded envelopes, boxes...) to prevent the product from being damaged during return transport.

In case of proceeding with the return, the amount paid can be refunded through a transfer, so that you can make a new purchase.

  1. In case of damaged merchandise or incomplete shipments, the missing or damaged merchandise will be replaced without the need to return the merchandise.

 

  1. Returns and exchanges do not apply to products on promotion, discount, rebate or offer or personalized products.

IMPORTANT for the return to proceed, the product must remain new and unused, be in good condition, without stains, marks or alterations in it and have not suffered deterioration due to consumer causes.
